¡Fiesta! Columbia, get ready — Como Comunidad is throwing a party, and everyone’s invited.
Join us on October 3rd from 11AM to 2PM at 4838 Meadow Lark Ln, Columbia, MO 65201 for our first-ever Hispanic Heritage Festival — a free, family-friendly celebration of the music, dance, food, and traditions of Hispanic and Latino culture.
Here’s a taste of what’s waiting for you:
- Live mariachi — feel the trumpets, violins, and guitarrón of a traditional mariachi band fill the air.
- Ballet Folklórico — swirling skirts, stomping heels, and centuries of tradition brought to life by folklórico dancers.
- Food you’ll dream about later — authentic flavors from across Latin America.
- Kids’ activities — crafts, games, and fun for the little ones all day long.
- And much more — local vendors, community organizations, and a few surprises we’re keeping under our sombrero.
